SENMA MOTOR Establishes Dedicated Custom Motor Solutions Division

Wuxi, September 2025 — SENMA MOTOR has established a dedicated Custom Motor Solutions Division to better serve clients with specialized motor requirements that fall outside standard product offerings.

The new division brings together senior engineers from the company's R&D team, with combined experience exceeding 100 years in motor design and manufacturing. The division is equipped with advanced CAD/CAM systems, rapid prototyping capabilities, and comprehensive testing facilities.

Services offered by the Custom Motor Solutions Division include: - Custom power ratings and voltage configurations - Specialized mounting arrangements and shaft designs - Motors for extreme environmental conditions (high temperature, high humidity, corrosive atmospheres) - Retrofit and upgrade solutions for existing equipment - Prototype development and small-batch production

"Many of our clients have unique applications that require tailored motor solutions," the company explained. "This division formalizes our capability to deliver custom engineering with the same quality standards as our standard product lines."

The division has already completed several successful projects, including custom motors for specialized mining equipment, marine propulsion auxiliaries, and high-temperature industrial processes.
